The 4th Annual Private Wealth Melbourne Forum is the region's leading conference for family offices, high net worth wealth managers and private banks from throughout the region. The forum’s content is developed through hundreds of one-on-one meetings with the high-net-worth family wealth management community and the program's speaker faculty is primarily comprised of leaders in the sector across Australia.
Our agenda covers asset allocation and protection, equity markets, fixed income, alternative investments, as well as succession planning and an outlook of the financial markets and the global economy. OUR SPEAKERS

Liang Xinjun is the Chairman and CEO of XIN Family and a Co-founder of Fosun Group. From August 2005 to March 2017, Mr. Liang served as the Executive Director, Vice Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Fosun International Limited (stock code: 0656.HK). Mr. Liang currently also serves as: Independent Director of Zhong An Intelligent Living Service Limited (02271.HK), Advisor of UCARS Group, Director on the Board of Tongji University, Honorary President of Fudan University Singapore Alumni Association, Member of Singapore Business China Business Leaders Committee, Entrepreneur Mentor of the Global CEO Program of the National University of Singapore, Member of the Advisory Committee of the School of Computer and Information Systems of Singapore Management University, and Advisor of the Advisory Committee of the S.M.A.R.T. Entrepreneur Program of Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). Born in Zhejiang Province in October 1968, Mr. Liang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Genetic Engineering from Fudan University in 1991. He earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2007 and a Doctorate in Business Administration (with a specialization in Global Financial Management) from Arizona State University in 2015.

Stefanie Holtze-Jen is the Asia Pacific Chief Investment Officer for the Private Bank. Before her appointment in 2021, Holtze-Jen was Global Chief Currency Strategist, Portfolio Manager, at Deutsche Bank’s asset management arm DWS, where she coordinated a team covering currency macro, positioning and technical analysis, which guided the portfolio managers’ foreign-exchange strategy. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for the development of the Asia insights and contribution to the house view of Deutsche Bank Private Bank. Prior to DWS, Holtze-Jen held different leadership roles at Commerzbank AG and Royal Bank of Canada in Hong Kong, Singapore, and London. Holtze-Jen is a member of the Singapore Foreign Exchange Committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. After serving a two-year term as Co-Vice Chair of the Global Foreign Exchange Committee she continues to chair the Working Group on Motivation for Code adherence. Stefanie holds an international double degree in Economy and Management, is a Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst, CESGA as well as a Chartered Financial Data Scientist, DVFA.

Yazid is the Head of Funds Selection at Bank of Singapore and he plays a key role in developing the funds platform and ESG framework for funds in the Bank. He has over a decade of experience in the institutional investment space in which he was primarily responsible for the external fund management and asset allocation in a sovereign wealth fund in Brunei. He graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MPhil in Economics. He is also a CFA Charterholder and obtained the Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA


Cheong Wing Kiat is the Patriarch of Business Concept, his family investment company since 1990, specializing in PE/VC and property investments. He was the first 3rd-generation successor and steward of his extended family business, Wen Ken, founded in 1937 by his grandfather and three associates. From 1995 to 2011, he integrated Family Office investment activities within Wen Ken’s holding company. Prior to joining Wen Ken, he gained valuable experience with Pacven Walden Singapore, a U.S.-based PE/VC management company. Cheong is a seasoned speaker at family office, wealth management, and investment forums and conferences in Singapore, Greater China, and Switzerland. He also serves as a strategist for business families in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Cheong holds the Guinness World Record for the largest Goshenite gemstone, weighing 1.3 kg, renowned for its transparency—a quality that resonates deeply with one of Cheong’s personal values. He is married and has two sons and one daughter. His academic credentials include a BAcc and an MSc in International Marketing.
