Susan is a successful and trusted business leader with a reputation for her innovative approach and specialized expertise in transforming substantial wealth into value driven legacy plans for generational giving and philanthropic impact.
Upon graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in 1987 with a BA in Economics and Business Administration, Susan joined Waddell & Reed to begin her investment and planning career. Soon after, she funded and managed a private equity portfolio with concentrations in new technologies, biomedical advancement and other areas of innovation companies led by proven leadership. In 2016, Susan started Faykus Financial which today is a full Registered Investment Advisor Firm disrupting the multi-family office model to bring intentional macro-perspective wealth management to those reaching for impact beyond themselves.

Serving locally and abroad through a number of for-profit and non-profit endeavors, Dustin founded and leads The Hill Country Group at Merrill (THCG), a wealth management team who lives out their mission every day, to shift the paradigm around financial planning and redefine wealth management. THCG curates access to the cutting edge global platform of Merrill and Bank of America to guide client families to help increase their standard of giving as well as their standard of living.
As a founding and previous Board Member of BLESS (The BLESS Foundation), Dustin helped build a community of like-minded generous families who share a passion for reaching unreached people groups with the Gospel. In the first 7 years, BLESS has mobilized and deployed over $10M through mission partners and local churches among 200+ people groups speaking 300+ languages in 30+ countries.
With 7 years of stories through BLESS in 2023, he launched The Unreached Podcast and hosts missionaries, sending organizations, parachurches and other guests to share the supernatural stories of God at work through the men and women He has called to reach the unreached.
As a former Advisory Board Member of the Silver Spurs Alumni Association, Dustin helped build The BEVO Endowment, a fund that covers 100% of BEVO's expenses, supports The Neighborhood Longhorns Program and donates scholarships annually. He holds a BBA in Finance from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where he has regularly guest lectured since 2009 on finance and entrepreneurship.

Torii Hunter, Major League Baseball legend, joins the Real Estate Global Forum to share how insights gained after striking out led him to becoming one of the best players in Twins history. Ranked number 95 on the MLB all-time home run list (boasting an impressive 353-home run career), Torii approached each at bat with fresh eyes. Torii embodies the same level of resilience in his real estate career. As Torii explores commercial real estate opportunities, he prioritizes building out a strong team to ensure the success of each project. Five-time All-Star, nine-time Gold Glove award winner, two-time Silver Slugger, and Minnesota Twins Hall of Famer, Torii Hunter dives into how lessons learned on the field have transcended the game of baseball.

Chris is a Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor with Morgan Stanley in Austin, Texas, responsible for advising clients on wealth management strategies, managing assets for corporations and high net worth individuals as well as providing his clients access to all the firms resources with respect to investment banking, cash management, commercial real estate, and alternative investments. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Chris has worked in banking as a senior credit analyst, as a senior surety underwriter at Lloyds of London and as a management consultant in corporate finance responsible for balance sheet restructuring, debt raises and alternative risk transfer strategies. Chris is licensed with a Series 7, 66 & 31 and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Greenwich and an M.B.A. from Bayes Business School. He is active in the Austin community through various charitable organizations and is an avid follower of the English Premier League through his lifelong support of Tottenham Hotspur.

David is Bank Office President of Allegiance Bank. He has worked in the banking industry for the past 36 years. David’s areas of expertise include commercial, industrial and commercial real estate transactions. He also has extensive experience in bank mergers, acquisitions and de novos. David serves on the Teacher Retirement System of Texas Board of Trustees (appointed by Former Governor Rick Perry in October 2013 & reappointed by Governor Greg Abbott in October 2019), which governs $175 billion in assets and is the 5th largest public pension fund in the United States and 13th largest globally.
