Mr. Sinoway joined the Office of Investment Management in 2021. Prior to joining the Penn State team, Michael spent 9 years as a senior member of the manager research team at Glenmede Trust, responsible for research and due diligence of external investments. Earlier experience includes a role as a hedge fund allocator and as an equity derivatives trader. Michael earned his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Botth School of Business.
Ms. Molnar joined Fairfax County Retirement Systems in 2013 and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of the Fairfax County Police Officers Retirement System, a $1.8 billion plan. Her responsibilities include all aspects of portfolio management and oversight, including strategic and tactical asset and risk allocation, selection and supervision of external investment managers and risk management. From 2001 until 2012, Ms. Molnar was Vice President, Senior Research Analyst at AIG Investments’ Hedge Fund Solutions Group – both in London and New York. At AIG Investments, Ms. Molnar was responsible for due diligence procedures and research including: sourcing new managers, monitoring current hedge funds, analyzing portfolio risk and performance, making new investment recommendations to an investment committee as well as hedge fund asset allocation recommendations for portfolio construction. She was additionally responsible for portfolio reviews and overall asset allocation recommendations for external client portfolios. Previously, she was Vice President, Market Research Analyst at Citigroup Investments’ Alternative Investment Strategies group. Prior investment management experience includes positions at Paribas Asset Management as well as Trevor Stewart Burton & Jacobsen. Additionally, Ms. Molnar spent one year in Warsaw, Poland launching the first retail mutual funds available to the Polish market as well as two years in Frankfurt, Germany as an intern with J.P. Morgan. Ms. Molnar received a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a CFA charterholder.

In 2019, Sharcus was named to Trusted Insight’s “Top 30 Investors At Next-Generation Leading Endowments.” Sharcus’ prior experience includes serving as a Senior Investment Director for Cambridge Associates, where he worked with nonprofit clients on general investment issues such as asset allocation strategy, manager selection, and investment program evaluation. Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, he worked in consulting both at Ericsson as a senior consultant in their strategy consulting division and at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate.
Beth F. Cutler is Founder and President of Merritt Point Wealth Advisors and has forty years of experience working with executives and affluent families. Beth’s firm has over $1.4 billion under management as of June 27, 2023. In 2023, Forbes awarded Beth “2023 Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-in- State*”. Beth helps clients and their families plan their financial goals while taking into consideration their income needs, tax-efficient investing strategies, and wealth transfer objectives. Part of Beth’s core mission is empowering women with financial information. She often hosts lectures for women on investment planning and financial independence. Prior to founding Merritt Point Wealth Advisors, Beth co-founded Cutler and Andrews Financial Group of UBS in 2003 to provide investment advisory services. In 2008, Cutler and Andrews Financial Group moved to Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as Cutler Andrews Capital Management before rebranding to Merritt Point Wealth Advisors in the fall of 2020. Beth’s extensive forty year experience includes Senior Vice President-Investment Office and Fundamental Choice Portfolio Manager at Merritt Point Wealth Advisors, Vice President-Investments at UBS Financial Services, Director at AIG Trading Group at American International Group, Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Co., and a Money Market Trader at Shearson/American Express.
Mr. Gandhi is a Managing Director and Private Investment Specialist at Cambridge Associates’ advisory and OCIO businesses since 2019. He has more than 20 years of business and investment experience. In his role, Tapan leads private investment portfolio construction, manager idea generation, manager diligence, and portfolio oversight. Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Tapan has raised and deployed a mid-market private equity fund, led strategy and corporate development for Lehman Brothers in India, led deals at Capital One’s mergers and acquisitions group, and formulated growth strategies for Fortune 500 Companies at Strategy (formerly known as Booz & Co.). He has created and authored two frameworks one on capital allocation and one on Generating Alpha in India.
