Zach Buchwald is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Russell Investments. Zach is responsible for driving Russell Investments' strategy and results at a time when the firm's customized, client-focused approach directly aligns with the need for specialized portfolio solutions. Zach joined Russell Investments in 2023 from BlackRock, where he served as the head of its $2Tn Institutional Business. Earlier he led BlackRock’s Financial Institutions Group and helped establish its Retirement Solutions and Financial Markets Advisory platforms. Prior to this, Zach served as a managing director at Morgan Stanley, where he led the bank’s collateralized loan obligation (CLO) business.

An investment professional for over 30 years, Catherine Ulozas has managed investment funds for an endowment, insurance companies, the largest US thrift and a State Pension Fund. Coming to Drexel in March of 2010, Catherine has repositioned the portfolio assets into a more stable structure and has increased value by over 20%. Working closely with the Investment Committee and other finance staff, she improved the manager selection process, reduced fees and streamlined operations. Catherine was named a Rising Star of Endowment Management by Endowment and Foundation Magazine in 2012. Catherine holds an MBA in International Business from George Washington University.

David is a partner at Providence Ventures, where he focuses on investments primarily in medical devices, healthcare services and healthcare information technology. Prior to joining Providence Ventures, David worked for River Cities Capital Fund (“RCCF”), most recently as a Principal on their healthcare team. During his time with RCCF, David worked closely with Veran Medical, where he served on the Board of Directors. In addition, he participated on the deal teams for River Cities’ investments in Bolder Surgical, TissueTech (sold), OrthAlign, NICO Corp., and Advanced Practice Strategies (sold), among others. David also most recently served as President and Board Member of Mid-America Health Investors Network (MHIN), where he represented roughly 60 active healthcare funds with offices spread throughout Middle America. Prior to River Cities, David served as a principal and investment advisor with American Financial Group and completed extensive training programs with Merrill Lynch and Procter & Gamble. David graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and received his MBA with a concentration in finance from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business.

Maggie Ralbovsky is a Managing Director and senior consultant of Wilshire. She is a member of Wilshire Consulting’s Investment Committee which contributes to the overall investment strategy of the firm’s clients. Ms. Ralbovsky joined Wilshire in 2002 and brings more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Wilshire, Ms. Ralbovsky was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co., where she worked on derivatives-based risk hedging and other advisory services. She earned an MBA in finance from Cornell University and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. She is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles and the CFA Institute.

Wayne leads MissionSquare Retirement’s Investments Department, which is responsible for the investment management, due diligence, and contract negotiations of 30+ investment funds. He has more than 39 years of investment industry experience with equities, fixed income, and alternative investment portfolios. He has successfully managed institutional separate accounts and mutual fund products and has built investment platforms using external money managers. Prior to joining MissionSquare in 2004, he served as Chief Investment Officer with The Colony Group in Boston. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager with Cadence Capital Management, an institutional money manager in Boston. As a Partner with Cadence Capital, he managed a $2.1 billion large-cap growth equity fund. Wayne has also held senior positions at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Target Corporation, and IDS Financial Services. He has undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and in Communications and Journalism. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Wayne earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Washington.
