Prior to joining Mercer in 2024, Michael was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates from 2015- 2024. At Cambridge, he was a senior member of the Real Assets Investment Group, focused on investment theme creation, due diligence, portfolio construction, and industry research. He served as Chair of the firm’s Real Assets Investment Committee and was a voting member of the firm’s Co- Investment and Discretionary Private Investment Committees. Michael is a frequent presenter at industry events, is often quoted by various financial industry publications, and has authored several research pieces covering various topics related to real assets. Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Michael was a member of Franklin Park’s investment team from 2009-2015, where he led due diligence on fund and direct investments, developed industry research, and managed portfolios for a number of institutional investor clients.
Cynthia Maasry is a Managing Director at Trinity Church Wall Street. She joined Trinity’s investment team in 2017 as part of the first internal investment office to oversee Trinity’s $7bn endowment. Cynthia leads the Mission Investing platform. Prior to joining Trinity Church Wall Street, Cynthia worked for Goldman Sachs in real estate investment in London and the equities division in New York. Cynthia holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford University.
Siddarth Sudhir is a Managing Director at RockCreek, where he is part of the private markets team. He works on sourcing, due diligence, and selection process for investments in venture capital, private equity, private credit, real assets, and co-investment. Prior to joining RockCreek, Siddarth worked in the Global Fixed Income Group of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where he was responsible for developing quantitative portfolio strategies and covered asset-backed securities. He developed risk-controlled portfolio strategies for nearly $200 billion of fixed-income assets, an internal credit scoring model for over $75 billion of assets, and a valuation model for over $80 billion of ABS assets. Siddarth graduated from Georgetown University, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in Economics, and he holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Washington DC, and Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Siddarth serves as a member of the investment subcommittee on the finance committee of the Washington National Cathedral.
Ksenija has been an active investor in the alternatives industry for over 15 years. At Aflac, Ksenija focuses on Private Equity and Real Estate Equity investments. Before joining Aflac, Ksenija worked on the private equity investment team at Zurich Insurance, where she focused on primary fund commitments, secondary transactions and co-investments. Ksenija also previously held the role of Vice President at Partners Group, a private markets investment manager. Ksenija obtained her Bachelor and MBA degrees from the NYU Leonard Stern School of Business.
Rob Roy is senior vice president of investments and chief investment officer for AdventHealth. In this role, he oversees investments for one of the nation’s largest faith-based health systems, which includes operating capital and employee retirement portfolios totaling over $18 billion. Roy, who has more than 32 years of institutional investment experience, oversees a 10-person investment team that internally manages over half of the organization’s operating capital. He has dedicated 17 years to supporting AdventHealth’s mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ, during which time he has played a lead role in the development of the organization’s investment philosophy and process, created to reinforce its core values and principles. This philosophy, called “stewardship alpha,” describes the process by which the organization builds its investment portfolios to be sensible, efficient, and robust. Roy earned a Ph.D. in finance, a master’s degree in financial markets and trading, and a bachelor’s degree in finance and applied mathematics.
